Who does your framing?
Your framing project is started and completed in our shop. We do all of our own work.

May I take samples out of the store?
You are always welcome to take moulding and mat samples for up to 5 business days to see if the colors and styles are the right choices for your projects.

How long does it take to complete my work?
This varies for each project, however, because we do all of our own work we can usually meet your deadline. If you have a special requirement, please let us know before we begin the design process as it will help us ensure that we select materials that are available within your timeframe. Most projects are completed in 7 business days or less.

Do you guarantee the quality your work?
Yes, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our work. Please let us know if you have any concerns about our custom framing. We will make corrections or changes as needed to address any quality issues.

Do you have sales on framing?
We offer great prices every day and guarantee the lowest price in the Bay Area for comparable products and services. From time-to-time, we will have promotions offering discounts on selected framing to our established customers. For new customers, you can take advantage of our "web coupon" offer to get a 25% discount on your first framing order .

When are you open?
Our shop is open for your convenience Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are also available to meet with you by appointment on Saturday.

Do you ship?
Yes. We can arrange custom packaging to your specifications and ship from our location.

Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Local installation can be arranged.

What is your return policy?
Sales are final on all custom orders. The exception would be a quality issue with the completed work.
